The 78 Flower
This is the 78 flower.
According to Yibing, the one on the left is the class. The one on the right is me.
This is the 78 flower.
According to Shu Hui, they are sunflowers. =B haha..ok...shall not tease her anymore. Thank you Shu Hui for running out to buy the flowers even though u were hving cramps. I will dutifully water it everyday. May it blossom forever.
*Edit: Shu Hui was right. Gerbera's ARE SUNFLOWERS.
This is the 78 Welcome Back msg board all wrapped up in clear plastic sheet.
This is my favourite cat. Meow.
This is the movie I smsed 78 about. Kallang Roar. It's pretty short, only 1.5 hrs long, but it's really quite funny. + u get to learn about Singapore's history on soccer. Perhaps one day Singapore will finally qualify for World Cup. lol...maybe Olivia will be captain. =B
Saw the suave-looking Randall Tan yesterday. But he looked kinda goofy in that 70s haircut of his in the movie. And...his acting wasn't very convincing. But I love Lim Kay Siu as Uncle Choo. I mean, u can totally see that pained look of despair on his face when the players went out for a night of fun.
This is the free tub of popcorn Jas was absolutely thrilled about. 1 tub per person.
These are the free milo goodies given at the movie premiere yesterday. The movie was sponsored by Milo. And Bata and Canon with blatant product placement in the movie.
This is me trigger happy. U can see the announcement of Singapore getting its first Olympic medal in 48 yrs on the left. I hope they can continue the trend in London too. Maybe Tao Li will get a gold. :) PS. Pls ignore the stupid subtitles. I didn't know what it was when I took the pic.
And this is me signing off to start revision. Mrs. Foo has just kindly informed me that one, I have to take Bio SPA Skill D after promos, two, I have to sit for promos...for practice lah, and three, I hv to take Bio bridging lessons coz the J1 Bio syllabus in 2007 is diff. from dat of 2008. On the bright side, I luv bio, so I wouldn't mind extra bio lessons. =D

Gratitude
I'M BACK!
Feel my vengeance and witness my glorious return. But first, I need help deciphering my chem notes. >_<
Was incredibly touched today, esp. by 78 and their welcoming me back to school. =D I highly suspect I was given the biggest slice of cake, + the whole candy with my initials on it. Really loved the board too. I could tell from the messages that everyone was really sincere. Makes me wanna cry. sobz.
The portrait of Mr Ng was the funniest. Could also tell that he's probably a very fun person to be with, and a rather good tchr as well, even though he didn't actually speak to me. What a pity I won't get to spend much time in his class. Perhaps I'll meet him next yr?
So yep, thank you to everyone for ur little heartfelt messages. I'll place it somewhere prominent to serve as a reminder for me to persevere when times get tough. (It's ok, shu hui, I'll stick urs up there too! :D) And thank you to Shannon for labelling a new hybrid plant after me.(Yew tree plus onion huh) Yes ur msg is the cutest. Oh and lastly, hello to Derek. See? I'm not daoing u!! haha... =B (yay..looks like my buck teeth)
PS. HI 194 万岁! Ok, long overdue, I know. Wasn't in the mood to celebrate when I received the good news from Ms. Claire a few mths ago, coz I juz barfed my breakfast out.
