Spoilers ahead.
Why... so... serious?
Watched the Dark Knight yesterday. As Panda would have put it...it's pure awesomeness. The entire film was just so intense, and so dark, befitting its title. I've watched Jack Nicholson's Joker once. His joker was moreof a maniachal baffoon, but Heath Ledger's one was just...WOW. Explosive. Absolutely illogical and senseless...you'll just get the creeps. I loved the very first scene of a bank heist, where Joker turned all the robbers against one another until he was the only one left with that huge pile of cash. How briliant is that? The two ferries situation where people on each ferry, one with the inmates and one with supposedly moral and civilized good citizens, had to decide whether to blow out the other party or to sacrifice themselves was just pure evil though. But it was really funny to see one of the inmate throw the bomb detonator of the other ferry outta the window w/o hesitation. Whereas the civilized guy was...well...really contemplating if he should press the button. Imagine. The civilized people VOTED in a civilized manner to do something not so civilized...kill...it really makes you wonder how people will be like when they are desperate. We gotta credit Joker for being a great philosopher. Oh, and Joker has got nice abs. :D
Mr Wayne, are you sure you weren't trying to protect the van?----No, I was trying to crash the red light.
Heehee...I like the fact that Batman is a little delusional when it comes to Rachel Dawes. Goes to show that he's fallible as well. Gary Oldman as Lt. Gordon was absolutely effortless. I reckon he should hv whipped his wand out and avada-kedavraed Harvey Dent b4 he turned two-face though.
Haiz...I wish i hv my own dark knight too. Perhaps a densha otoko...
joker to bat (purrs): you complete me...
Chapt 167 of D gray man is out. It's really quite sad to see Ah Lian Walker's and Mana's relationship being put into question, esp. that part when he wonders if Mana had loved him or somebody else...But hey, at least we get to see Allen and Cross's bond getting stonger...I mean...MARIAN CROSS HUGGED ALLEN!!!! when he's usually making him pay debts, do stupid stuff, buy liquor or hitting him...(Bakapprentice!!) :`( sobz...I'm so incredibly touched by their love. (And I would like to specify right here that it is of the fatherly-son love, nth. else.)Marian Cross also mentioned Allen would have to kill someone he loves if he become the 14th. I'm sincerely hoping it's NOT Cross himself, although dat would be quite egotistical of him to think Allen may love him. But dat would be expected of Cross though. =D
I can't laught at Tiedoll anymore.

Happy 18th Birthday to me!
I have officially turned 18 @2.45am today!! Celebrated my birthday three times over the weekend. Here's a brief report:
Saturday afternoon: Mum cooked abalone noodles with the usual red egg for good luck. That's exactly what I need.
Saturday evening: Big chocolate cake and the usual Singapore fanfare like Fried Hokkien mee, oyster omelette and satay @ my grandma's house.
Sunday evening: Buffet dinner @ Cafebiz @ Traders Hotel. Lobster, crayfish, ALASKAN CRAB!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On this special day, I would like to thank...
...my parents...for everything.
...my brother...for just being there...and bringing along a bottle of apple tea for me whenever you come.
...all of my relatives for taking care of me and my parents, buying/cooking great food for me, lending me DVDs, offering financial help(no, thank you), and buying lots of birds' nest for me.
...all of my friends for standing by me, encouraging me and cheering me up, visiting me in the hospital, presenting me with Winnie the Pooh and their uh...love message, taking the trouble to collect my homework, smsing me randomly to ask how I feel, dragging me out for movies and gatherings instead of letting me rot at home, drawing hunky and gorgeous d-gray characters for me and inspiring me to invent my own barf can.
...all of my doctors, especially my principal doctor, for my continued existence in this world, the bitter but life-saving medicine and pampering me and allowing me to discharge early whenever I start bawling. :D
...all of the nurses at SGH Ward 54, Ward 72, Ward 78, Ward 45 ICU, A&E and Haematology Centre for looking after me, tolerating all of my whining and moaning, encouraging me to press on, supervising the cleaning of my isolation room, calling the doctor for me in the middle of the night, distributing barf bags generously, not complaining when I try to swat you away early in the morning while I was still dreaming and you were trying to draw my blood, and giving me cold orange syrup when I refused to drink the antibiotic. I can't remember your names, but I sure can recognise all of your kind smiling faces telling me the mesna has to run another hour.
...all of the cleaners and nurse assistants for cleaning the rooms and helping me.
...all of my teachers for supporting me, reassuring me about school and sending me a flower basket with soft toys. (too bad the flowers died)
...all of my ward-mates for telling me to stay strong, tolerating my barfing and crying sounds and occasionally, my anti-social behaviour, visiting me even after I transferred to another room and sending me gifts.
...the delifrance cook @ SGH for giving me two extra carriers when I puked in the cafe. Sorry. :D
...the doctor at Toa Payoh Polyclinic for sending me to the hospital in the first place.
...any doctors and nurses at TTSH who had helped me.
...Frederick Casey - Momo for selling fantastic kitty stuff, especially the cat cushion which accompanies me to the hospital every time.
...all of the neighbourhood cats for being there, acting adorable and cheering me up.
...the cook @ the SGH cafeteria for giving my mother bigger pieces of fish fillet whenever she visits her stall.
...Allen, Lavi, Kanda, Lenalee and MARIAN CROSS (woots!) for making me laugh.
...Korean dramas for keeping me entertained. (Though it's starting to get rather boring.)
...Ministry of Education for generously extending my scholarship for a year.
...Macdonalds for delivering to the hospital. =D
and finally, myself for going through all those tough times.

You fat ass. Shall I drop you?
Marian Cross is out!! Woots! He is coolness personified if you ask me. All he did was shoot some puny bullets at Tyki Mikk and everyone single one of them hit him, whereas Lavi + Allen couldn't even touch him to begin with. =D
lol...you can see lavi's big grin as he attempts to braid Kanda's hair...(Mugen! Activate!)
Watched "Wanted" a few days ago where they used the f-word so many f****** times...=_= The story is about this fraternity of assasins who believe that the names of those fate determined should be dead will appear in fabric in binary code. Sounds ridiculous. I've got loads of garment and clothes at home. Wonder how many names there are on my tee right now...
